Cooperate with inspectors and do not disturb other passengers with sound reproduction devices. No alcoholic beverages. No smoking, etc. Consult all civil behaviour rules in the Regulations area.

Yes, but there are differences between a single and integrated ticket.

  • With a single ticket: You can make transfers between Trambaix lines T1, T2 and T3 and between Trambesòs lines T4, T5 and T6 within 30 minutes of the first validation. You must stamp the ticket on each transfer. Single tickets for Trambaix cannot be used for Trambesòs, and vice versa.

The maximum time for transfers is 1 hour and 15 minutes for 1 zone tickets. The time limit increases by 15 minutes for each additional zone. On the other hand, it is not possible to transfer from one tram to another from the same line with one stamp. The transfers must be between different TRAM lines or other means of transport.

ATM press releases

Sales of the traditional T-jove travel card will end on the March, the 15th.

People between ages 25 and 29, both inclusive, can begin to purchase and travel with the T-jove from 15 March.

If you are a T-mobilitat user, your Jove (youth) profile will automatically be added to your account and to your card. This will ensure that the machines and the app detect it when you hold your card up to the readers and therefore allow you to purchase the T-jove pass. Should you have any difficulty, please go to your personal area on the T-mobilitat website to check that the Jove profile appears and to confirm that it has also been loaded onto your card, in the "support management" section. If you are not yet a T-mobilitat user, you will need to register.

No. The new terms and advantages adopted for the T-jove only apply to the T-mobilitat system. Nevertheless, there may be people under age 25 who only travel in 1 zone and who can still benefit from the old system. In any case, the T-jove card with the magnetic strip will also soon cease to exist.

Yes, it will be a permanent, this is a change in the basic features of the T-jove (except for the 50% discount, which is temporary).

Existing travel cards can be used up completely, whether purchased in 2022 or 2023.

No. However, the fact that we stop selling the T-jove in cardboard format does not mean that the card can no longer be validated. The cardboard T-jove can still be used and validated throughout the year.

You can use any existing T-jove travel card that you have, and then switch to the new system.
